An ETR stands for Evaluation Team Report. It is the document that qualifies your child for an IEP and it is redone
every three years.
An IEP is an Individualized Educational Plan. It is created for a child who qualifies
for special education and related services under the federal law / regulaltions IDEA.
An IEP is the document that outlines what services your child will receive. Since Kairos is a service
center for VCS your child has to be eligible for services and have an IEP in order to attend a service center.

An MFE stands for Multi-factored evaluation and is the same thing as an ETR.
